she's like a rainbow

I just got a new camera.  Well, new to me.... it was a starter camera for a photographer friend and she was selling it.  I don't know if it's just the novelty of the new, but we did this wedding yesterday and I'm already sharing *faints*.  There's just something about having lovely photos to share that I don't have to edit or color correct to make presentable.  Just snap, upload, and blog.  Hopefully I'll be sharing a lot more.

So Samantha and Chris got married yesterday at breathtaking Wayfarer's Chapel and had a reception at a nearby hotel in San Pedro.  All I think I'll tell you about Samantha is that at one of our meetings she said quite emphatically "Pastels make me want to BARF."  The flowers really explain the rest...

  3. I've taken like 500 photos in the past week, fiddling with the settings to see what works. So pfffft. Let's hang out. Sorry for not calling back yet.

  11. WOW - What beautiful colours and flowers and shapes and photographs! I LOVE the lines of hanging cranes, and will certainly take the time to make some of my own one day for a very special occassion! I also love the pinwheels - great idea for a bright and colourful wall decoration (perhaps in my tiny home?!) :) Katie. xxx
